Elvingston is a
family-run farm in the South-East of Scotland. We
believe in a slower, more natural way of farming that allows
our animals to grow at their own pace in the great outdoors.
The farm is not
just a business - it's also our home, and we wanted to use
the land as responsibly as possible for the benefit of the
livestock, the local environment, and ultimately us.

We feel that the
free-range lifestyle and the 'slow-grown' philosophy means that
our animals are happy and content, and produce a very high
quality of meat.
