We breed a number of pigs each year from our Pedigree Tamworth Boar Jasper.  Our breeding sows are Tamworth and Large Black and they produce relatively small litters of piglets that we grow on for our Pig in a Box scheme (click here for more info).  Since we sell most of our pork as either half- or whole-pigs we usually don't have individual cuts available except at Christmas.
